Malacca trip. :D

Hello! I've gotten most of the pictures from Germaine, Siqi and Xiaofen. I'll start from Day One.

Day one: Woke up at 6am in the morning and ate breakfast. Jingyi fetched me down my block at 6.45am and reached school exactly on time. Boarded the bus until the Woodlands Checkpoint. Had lunch at Malacca. Reached Malacca at around 2.30pm and we needed to settle down fast as there's a match at 3.15pm. I was the Room IC since I was the oldest in the room yet, I didn't act like it. I kept asking either Germaine or Natasya who was sharing the room wf me to keep the key as I was scared I misplace it due to my short term of memory. -.-

I was one of the first 5 to play in the game and not even 3mins into the game, I fell down when I attempted to make a fastbreak because I tangled my legs with the girl who was behind me. To prevent my head from colliding with the cemented ground, I stuck out my elbow first which resulted to having great pain in my shoulder and I don't know how my right wrist was involved but when I twist or bend it in certain angles, the pain comes too. I've got a stupid wound on my left knee a blue-black bruise on my right knee and my right arm. All these on the first day, first game. Wow? I was sub-ed out and iced my shoulder. Not even halfway into the game, it rained heavily and it was postponed. Had dinner. Went back to the hotel. Bathed. Had debrief until 11pm plus.. TIRED TTM LAAAA. :@

Day two: Woke up at 6.30am in the morning as we need to go down for breakfast at 7am. I had a bit of trouble tying my hair as my right wrist was involved. The food for the 1st and 2nd day was really very nice! Breakfast was super great too! After breakfast, had training. Didn't join for training though and was ice-ing my right wrist as coach told me to. Had an early lunch as our game on that day for the juniors, starts at 1.30pm. The Under14 girls had their game first. Followed by the B div boys. Followed by the Under17 girls. Played with the opponent the day before and wasn't able to play to my standards. I guess my injuries were holding me back from playing better but maybe they're just excuses too. Pfft. Went to a mall to shop for our necessities.

Went back to hotel to change to slippers. Rested. Had dinner somewhere. Back to hotel. Bathed. Debrief till around 12am? Sleep.

Day three: No training for the day. Had an early match with the same opponent again. FYI, they were Malacca's state team. Before that, had breakfast first of course. It was as great as always. Food's super nice! :D After playing with the state team, had lunch. Then went to a different school to play a match. The boy's team of that school made a big hoohah about our boy's team coach, being referee and not fit to be one. The boys also played a match before ours. After that, dinner. Back to hotel. Ice bath. Was one of the last ones to go as I have girl problems. I swear something's wrong with them. When it was FINALLY my turn, I was like.. cringing in disgust as the water wasn't changed the whole time and it turned yellowish-brown. Yikes.

Stuck my foot down and shrilled. It was cold like mad! I was unable to calm myself down when my lower body settled down and Carissa helped me with it. Ice-bathed for 5mins and showered. Had debrief. After that, another debrief for upper sec leaders. Aft that, watched our match against the state team and saw our mistakes. Slept very late. While watching the video, I was trying so hard to keep my eyes open. Slept at 2am plus.

Day four: No training and match for the day. Instead, we went to a house which have mentally disabled people. We were gonna do CIP. We paid 60bucks for the Malacca trip and 240bucks of it were subsidised. We need to do CIP to pay it off. Woke up early and had breakfast. Boarded the bus and fetched the boys first from a school since they had an early match. After that, went straight to the location to do our CIP.

At first, I was scared to interact with them due to past experience. Each of us were given tasks to do and I was glad I helped out in some way as I don't do housechores that much. More like, I SELDOM do them. Yeah. Hehe. There were a total of more than 120 people helping in the house and I was slacking after I finished my task. I heard nasty rumours like Annseong, getting beaten up by one guy at the second floor and Chester, getting chased around so nobody really dared to go up the guy's section. After everybody was done, performed in front of the mentally disabled people and took pictures. It was really fun. I somehow managed to step out of my comfort zone and interact with them too. :D Satisfaction!

Lunched. After lunch, watched the match of the two opponents which we played, against each other. One team got skill. The other has aggression. Coach asked us to see how the team with skills can fight off the aggressiveness of the other team. After the match, took some pictures with the state team. Back to hotel to rest. Dinner. Went to a shopping mall and shopped for an hour. Back to hotel after shopping and bathed. Debrief. Slept late again.

Last day: Rise and shine early in the morning and had breakfast. After that, was given ample time to do our packing. I packed most of the stuffs already and I slept most of the time given in Amanda's room as I was really exhausted the past days due to lack of sleep. Loaded the bus with our luggages and went sightseeing! :D Went to a church with an interesting history and climbed up to the place where some deceased were buried. The tour guide was speaking in chinese most of the time so that's a disadvantage. :(

After sightseeing, went shopping for one hour. Bought food for my family and one big lollipop for my sis which has 15lollipops inside it. Had lunch then boarded the bus to Sg. Slept like a pig in the bus for 3hours while listening to music. Rched sg. Home sweeeeet home.

Thats just a few out of many photos uploaded but I'm lazy to put the rest. Hahaha.

During the trip, people were either scolding me for pinching their butt too much or for eating too much. If I ate so much, how come my maid told me I looked as if I became thinner? I shall continue eating then. LOL.

Whenever the team have free time in the hotel, we will crush one person down on the bed and laugh like crazy. I was a victim myself. Jingyi plus Amanda plus Germaine already weighed like 10 heavy elephants put together. So when it's Jingyi, Amanda, Germaine, Xiaofen, Singling, Joanna and Carissa.. trust me, you'll feel like dying.
